Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts, along with forfeiture of any balance or pending Bonuses.
All ttt999 Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals, and all Bets, winnings, and Bonus credits are expressed in BDT.
ttt999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme to confirm the identity, age, and payment ownership of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests and periodically throughout the Account lifecycle.
ttt999 may request any or all of the following documents as part of the KYC process:
ttt999 aims to complete KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawal requests will be held in a pending state until verification is complete. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days of the request may result in Account suspension.
ttt999 reserves the right to request additional verification at any time, including following significant changes in betting patterns, large withdrawal requests, or as required by applicable anti-money laundering standards.

You must only deposit funds that belong to you and are sourced from a payment account registered in your own legal name. ttt999 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned, and the receiving ttt999 Account will be subject to review.
ttt999 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees or charges, for which ttt999 accepts no responsibility.
Players may request a withdrawal of available funds from their ttt999 Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within 30 minutes during BST business hours (09:00–22:00 BST). Requests submitted outside of these hours will be queued and processed on the following business morning. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
Where a Player has received a Bonus, the applicable wagering requirement associated with that Bonus must be satisfied in full before withdrawal of Bonus-derived funds is permitted. Deposit funds that have not been used to claim a Bonus are not subject to this restriction and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC completion.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. ttt999 reserves the right to request proof of payment ownership before processing a withdrawal to a new or unverified payment method.
ttt999 does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard withdrawal requests. Expedited processing or withdrawals via certain bank channels may incur a fee, which will be disclosed prior to confirmation of the withdrawal request.
ttt999 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses, cricket cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general conditions apply to all ttt999 Bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
All Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the Bonus amount (for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 Bonus requires ৳10,000 in qualifying Bets before withdrawal of Bonus funds is permitted). The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms page.
Bonuses have a defined validity period during which the wagering requirement must be completed. Unused Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited upon expiry of the validity period without notice.
Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100% of the Bet stake. Live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms. ttt999 reserves the right to exclude selected games from Bonus wagering contribution entirely.
ttt999 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus where there is evidence of Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer more than once; placing opposing Bets across two Accounts to guarantee a risk-free outcome; using automated software to satisfy wagering requirements; or any other conduct intended to exploit promotional terms rather than engage with the Platform in good faith.
Only one Bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time unless a specific promotion explicitly permits stacking. Depositing while a Bonus is active may affect the Bonus balance in accordance with the active promotion's terms.
The following rules apply to all sports and event Bets placed on the ttt999 Platform. Additional sport-specific rules may be published in the relevant betting section of the Platform.
A Bet is accepted only when a confirmation message and unique Bet reference number are displayed on screen. ttt999 reserves the right to decline or void any Bet where there is a manifest error in the published odds, where the event has already commenced at the time of Bet placement, or where the Bet would exceed permitted liability limits.
Minimum and maximum Bet stakes vary by sport, market, and event. Current stake limits are displayed at the time of Bet placement. ttt999 reserves the right to apply individual account betting limits at its discretion.
Odds are subject to change at any time before a Bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of Bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to the settlement of that Bet, regardless of any subsequent market movement.
A Bet may be declared void by ttt999 in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the rescheduling window specified in sport-specific rules; the Bet was placed on an event that had already concluded; a manifest pricing error is identified; or the event result is subject to ongoing official investigation for integrity reasons. Voided Bets are returned to the Player's Account at the original stake value.
In-play Bets are accepted subject to availability and at ttt999's sole discretion. ttt999 accepts no responsibility for any delay between on-field events and the updating of live odds or markets. Live cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 internationals, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures are subject to temporary suspension during review periods at the discretion of the ttt999 trading desk.
Winnings from settled Bets are credited to the Player's ttt999 Account balance within 30 minutes of the relevant event's official result being confirmed. Winnings on accumulator Bets are settled once all legs of the accumulator are confirmed.
ttt999 Casino offers live dealer games, RNG table games, video slots, and fishing games sourced from certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The following rules apply to all casino and game activity on the Platform.

This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform; scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform; or use ttt999 branding in any way that could suggest an affiliation, endorsement, or partnership without our express written consent.

All Bet settlements are based on official event results as determined by the relevant governing body.
Nothing in these Terms limits ttt999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
ttt999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time without prior notice in the event of: suspected or confirmed Prohibited Conduct; failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe; suspected underage gambling; suspected fraudulent activity; receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute; or any other breach of these Terms.
Players may request closure of their ttt999 Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, ttt999 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method within five business days, subject to any pending KYC or investigation holds. Any active Bonuses will be forfeited upon Account closure.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. ttt999 will notify the Account holder at the registered email address prior to any action being taken on the Account balance. Dormant account administration fees will not be deducted from balances held by Players who have completed KYC verification.
